Boba Log is a local-first boba drink tracker. Aside from verifying in-app purchase receipts processed by Apple, we do not collect, track, or share personal data.
We do not collect, process, or store any personal information such as your name, email, location, IP address, or device identifiers. Your boba entries, notes, photos, and usage patterns ("User Content") remain entirely on your device.
Your content is stored locally on your device and never uploaded to our servers. You can delete it anytime from within the app or by deleting the app.
Payments and subscriptions are processed via Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple handles all billing details. We do not access your personal billing information, payment methods, or transaction history.
The app requests only the minimum iOS permissions necessary for functionality: Photos access to add images to your boba log. Any photos you add remain stored locally on your device, and you control all permissions via iOS Settings and can revoke them at any time. We do not use permissions to collect your data.
User Content stays only on your device as long as the app is installed. No server-side retention or backups by us. Deleting content or uninstalling removes it permanently. Reinstalling starts fresh unless you restore from your own iCloud/iTunes backups.
